Terms and Conditions:

Sale Price is 35, - USD per piece
if you take more than 100 pcs of DVDs – your provision is 35% of the sale price
if you take more than 50 pcs of DVDs – your provision is 20% of the sale price, on condition that each individual order will contain at least 20-49 DVDs
any order for a number of DVDs smaller than 20 DVDs cannot be considered as distributor’s order and will be invoiced in full price of 100% (35,- USD per piece)

Payments can be made:

via bank transfer
with a credit card – by creating an order through the website www.naturistfreedom.com
with bank transfers bank charges are paid by respective each party pays its own bank charges

Postage:

Postage will be charged according to currently valid tariffs of the Czech Postal Services, FedEx, UPS.

Payment conditions:

advance payment is required with the first three orders
in case the first three transactions are performed without any problems and to the satisfaction of both parties, any further orders will be invoiced after the delivery of the goods, however within 14 days after receipt of the order at the latest
Penalty for a delayed payment will be charged in the amount of 0,5% for every day after the invoice due date

DVDs will be sent to you in the final condition, including the hologram, which must be enclosed with every single DVD.

In case you encounter our products without this hologram anywhere on the market, then these are surely not our products but a pirate copy. In that case, the distributor / seller of the pirate DVDs will be prosecuted for violation of copyright in the country of permanent residence!
